✿ I have the right to turn down a task not within her fortes or field of expertise. Rude clients will not be entertained.✿ The rate shall depend on the details, requests, requirements, deadline, and other factors affecting the task. Rates are negotiable.✿ Client is required to send 50% of the agreed price and the balance shall be settled before sending the final output.✿ 0-3 DAYS due will be considered rushed and require an additional fee depending on the heaviness of the commission.✿ INQUIRY FORM IS A MUST.✿ The client must provide clear and detailed information about the task including personal requests and files. Additional instructions after the output has been sent shall result in an additional fee.✿ Transactions including files and output shared between the commissioner and client shall remain confidential at all cost.✿ Minor revisions as long as the requested changes are within the scope of the commission and the fault is mine for not following instructions. Major revisions will require additional charge. Free revision is valid 2x maximum within 24 to 48 hours.✿ CANCELLATION: Payments made before the request of cancellation shall be deemed forfeited. NO REFUND POLICY.
